FAQS

Aside from our place in the community, our impressive facilities and the extensive training our dentists undergo, the main reason to choose us is because we treat every patient the way we’d treat our own family. We understand that the dentist can be daunting, or it might be a while since you’ve managed to book a check-up. We will always look for a way to improve the health and appearance of your smile, and your confidence, too.

We cover everything from restorative treatments like dental implants and oral surgery, to routine hygiene treatments, and cosmetic procedures like teeth whitening and Invisalign (orthodontics). Whatever your background and dental history, we’ll work closely with you to achieve the best possible results, every time.

Dental phobia is extremely common, and nothing to be ashamed of. As well as our warm and friendly chairside manner, there are lots of ways we can help you to relax during your treatment. For example, if you wanted to play music through headphones or read a book, or even have a chaperone.

Yes. In fact, we recommend that new parents bring their child in for a check-up when the first teeth start to erupt (emerge) in order to familiarise the child with the dental practice and ensure there are no concerns. Our highly-trained staff are fantastic at working with even the most reluctant child, and can even show you ways to encourage brushing and give advice on suitable dental products.
